How Do I...


Title V, Part A - Innovative Programs provides supplemental funding to implement promising education reform programs. It provides a continuing source of innovation and educational improvement to help meet the special educational needs of at-risk and high-need students. It also supports programs to improve school, student and teacher performance. This law is a component of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).

TEA releases 2014 accountability ratings

  The Texas Education Agency today released the 2014 state accountability system ratings for more than 1,200 school districts and charters, and more than 8,500 campuses. The ratings reveal that 90 percent of school districts and charters across Texas have achieved the rating of Met Standard.
